Working Process

The machine operates with independently controlled heating systems for cleaning liquid tank, fine rinsing liquid tank, and initial rinsing liquid tank. Advanced overflow wastewater management significantly reduces water consumption.

Each cleaning stage features independent pumps and controls to prevent liquid channeling, while chemical isolation ensures rinse water purity and enhances product cleaning quality.
